What are the options and costs for overcoming poor water pressure (kitchen/bathroom)?
I'm currently searching for a property in London and want to be able to assess how large a drawback this might be.

Not living in London is probably your best option. Most areas seem to have very low pressure - presumably 'cos it's cheaper to maintain and reduces leaks and overall consumption.
And the London area has the most difficult water supply in the country.
