I have finally found something that works, may also fit other motherboards (mine is Asus Z170):

It's a duplicate of what is on the motherboard, I was able to fit the chassis connectors to it in the daylight and then just plug it in to the board. Enormously useful with my clumsy fingers.I bought a pack of 10 piezo electric speakers a while back as I'm always losing them. Used one, now lost the packet!
