Bought a Charnwood W615 table saw about 4 months ago, from a local dealer. Recently had trouble adjusting the fence parrallel to the blade.
E-mailed Charnwood, not to complain as such, just to ask for advice, which they gave - and they knew what they were talking about. They asked for my phone number so they could call me, called and asked me to check a few things and try it again.
This didn't sort the problem, not thier fault - so they immediately sent me a brand new complete fence which is perfect. Didn't ask for proof of purchase or anything.
Not often you see after sales service this good. I reccommend both the saw and the company very highly. I'll buy their equipment again.
