It's on all four of mine. If you're wanting it rather than complaining about Virgin not having it, it's on Eternal-September, AIOE or freenews.netfront.net.
Virgin simply re-badge the Highwinds NewsServer, or at least used to in common with a number of other ISP's. It seems unlikely they'd go to the expense of filtering particular NG's.

I'm on virgin and I can see it, you've not configured your news reader properly, what server are you using? - they switched the text server off fairly recently.
