I have been looking for a supplier of the following.6 pin mini din plugs (male)9 way d-type female + coversUSB -> 9 Way Serial convertor'tis to make up come connector leadsSomewhere that sells in bulk preferably as I would rather buy in multiples of 10 up to 50 at a shot.Perhaps not quite so many usb -> serial convertors.the Din plughs I have found for about 20p each, but I can only find Maplins selling the d-type for around £1 per connector excluding covers.TIAPete-- Equipment, Fitness Equipment and plenty more besides.

You can make one by fitting any small reasonable electret to a plate. The Tandy PZM was an example of hype - they are nothing special.

But that's only two letters and Nominet havn't allowed that for a long time. two letters have always been possible for .com its just that, as you said, there's not many to go round and first come first served.

Ah, I see... I had tried a random registration service website, which implied that the name was available. Nominet's site confirms that it isn't.
