Many of us do not pay to get this channel but something very similar seems toc crop up on freeview channels from time to time. At least the actual reasons are not dumbed down on the one I saw about the Concorde crash and how basically it was not avoidable in the context of human actions at that time. Brian

A surprising one was the "Helios Ghost Plane" which flew on until it ran out of fuel. The pressurisation failed due to a vent valve having been left open when it was serviced. The passengers oxygen masks deployed - but the crew were not aware and theirs are not automatic. Aftet the passengers 12 mins of oxygen was depleted and the crew were unconcious it just flew in until it ran out of fuel. Invelievable that the crew were not alerted somehow - but the system was probably okay before the security doors were fitted.
