bond ceramic to concrete

Any ideas on a good 'glue' pref some sort of resin .. need to bond a glazed ceramic tray to brickwork/concrete , and make a water proof joint

tnx - G ..

epoxy mortar sounds like the bests bet, or straight epoxy with filler, or polyester with filler aka 'car body filler';-)

But surely even slight differential contraction/expansion is likely to result in cracked tray if bonded with such substances? I would have thought it worth considering some form of silicone.

Ok .. point ... assume im looking for some form of black goo like compound .... may be none setting ... marine type ?? any ideas ??
