You can't make any use of the 9am figure without averaging it over the course of a year.
You have never grasped the essential point that it is the temperature over the period that is important within the 24 hour period, not the temperature at a particular time. You also don't seem to comprehend the difference a "measurement" and a figure derived from two measurements.
