The Albion has an immersed coil for DHW take off, the Pandora has a more efficient external plate heat exchanger. It also requires no mains water connection or overflow pipe.

The Albion is an integrated thermal store in that the CH is also take off the store. The Pandora is DHW only.

They reason they go for the Megalflows is because of pure ignorance. Look at:

The Albion appears well priced. I would get the minimum of : ALBION MAINSFLOW MF30/160 C/P DIR COMBI

The combi means the F&E tank is integral. The 30 is 30 litres/min. The 160 is 160 litres capacity, which is about the least you want. With a direct connection you can fit a larger boiler and have a faster recovery.

Install two full bore isolation valves at the DHW take-off coil, Have a drain point between the coil and the valve at the bottom and at the top a filler point. This is to insert descaling fluid when necessary. Make sure the whole system has enough inhibitor and re-dose every 3.5 years.
