A small door lock, what's it called?

This is on an outside door to dustbin locker.

I'm trying to find out what it's called without much luck.

Can anyone help?

It looks like a Philips headed screw (or bolt)

?? Neither of those show the lock really , mostly just a screw

Scroll down to see the rest of it (the image is 2000 pixels tall)

Utility lock. Uses a standard square key. Sometimes called "T key". The motor trade use them, but try ebay.

You can either resize the screen by moving the mouse scroll wheel whilst the control key is held, or simple use the side and bottom bars to pan across the image.

Many thanks, it certainly matched google images of budget lock.

You might find one in a local BM.
