Thin Wall Sockets

How thin do you need it to be? Most chrome sockets are thin enough fo

most purposes. The "thick" sockets are usually impacts. But if you alternator needs a super thin socket for some reason then I would loo at the major tool suppliers (Snap On, Mac, Matco, etc.). Lug nuts o custom wheels sometimes need extra thin sockets, but alternators? Wha kind of car do you have?? :confused
