The center of the sewer to the wall is 11.5 inches. Will I be able to find a toilet to fit the works well.

You should be able to make a 12" (the most common standard) rough-in toilet work with that, the tank's got at least that 1/2" leeway. If not, then you'll have to go for a 10" rough-in toilet and have a pretty unsightly gap between the wall and the tank. 10" isn't too common, but they are available through plumbing stores and aren't terribly more expensive at all.
