So was trhe shop-mate. Again, same as the shopmate 450 or 500 RPM. I've gotten some top quality tools for next to nothing for simple problems like frayed cords.
I had a guy at work make the arbor for me in the machine shop.
wrap them around something geometric that is already in the shop or make such a protrusion from the wall and place it around that using concentric pattern for smaller sizes
PS: My work shop is in my garage, and I use the same technique on my handsaw, bandsaw, drill press, metal rulers, t squares, and all tools that are p

Get yourself a suction hook from a kitchen/hardware shop. Ideal for hanging things (without screwing holes in cabinetswalls etc) but made for the job of removing these light bulbs.
My shop is a rainbow. I gotz me some yellow, blue, green, red, gray, white, a different shade of gray, a different shade of blue, brown, black, silver...
Mine is now about 18 years old and has been in the repair shop 1 time about 8 years ago. The repair then was about $37.
One of the first shop tools I bought when I finally had a place to put them.
I've personally used the Shop Notes and Tage Frid versions.
