LED bulbs, BC GLS or golf ball

I've rather a lot of CFLs to unload to some suc---worthy recipient or a charity shop. True - and going from 5x4W to 5x2W won't save much.

Stores offering awards

That would be why Tesco keep sending me £9 off any shop over £60.You just buy the stuff thats as cheap elsewhere and save the £9.

I haven't had that problem with mine yet...but then its only got 60K miles on it The local dealer has an excellent shop and reasonable rates

Hammerite - cleaning brushes ?

Sounds unlikely I know, but I was advised by a local hardware shop a long time ago to try Fairy Liquid and it seemed to work ok.

sleeving an old drainage pipe to public sewer possible ?

Shop around if you do this. I had several plumbers quote me $2Kto drill/pull a PEX water line. Had an independent contractor do it for $400.

How to replace 2-pin fluorescent base socket in overhead bathroom fixture

That is what I do in my shop and I won't even replace bulbs these days but in the kitchen I still like a natural light fluorescent.
