A proper recommendation means actually having used something - not just reading the spec and looking at it in a shop. But then you're good at that...

blown motor on craftsman rider

Ask a maintenance shop about a "short block". That's basically a new motor, block crank and piston. All other parts will come from your own motor.

Bath Chip Repair (update)

The odds and ends shop near me sells them for 65p each. The last about 3 years and that will do me. Sod this modern stuff.

A Tip: Changing Fluorsecent Starters

They are about £17 inc VAT at other places (including one I shop at). It's still a bit steep but at least it is not vertical!
