The BHF charity shop in worthing has a collection of keyboards and rodents for sale. 2 quid for a decent looking USB KB and quid for a usb mouse. I dare say they have a shop more local to Tim.
A good sheet metal shop can make a transition piece for this quit easily. Since the areas are nearly equal it should be a breeze. It will wind up looking something like a wide shop vac floor nozzle. HTH Joe

Starting in third grade we had shop class. Just checked my former school system's curriculum. They still have art, but no shop.
The problem may not be the environment in your shop. Some people have hand perspiration that corrodes metal. You may want to clean a piece of steel well using gloves and test whether or not it corrodes in the shop. Dave
The point is, if he's going to send them out, send them to a tool grinding shop, not a machine shop. The prices are going to be much better. If he insists on the tool maker, send them to me. $80.00 .

Dave, I can't say anything about 4 footers, but I have 8 footers in my shop and I haven't changed a bulb in over 3 years. (Living in FL, my shop almost never gets below 50.) Good Luck, Mike G.
How does the noise from something like a Delta AP300 portable dust collector compare with a shop vacuum. I have a RIGID shop vacuum and even with ear protection it is still loud. (muffler not available for this model) Ron
