Never buy from a disability shop. Total rip off. A pair of batteries that cost £100 from Tanya will be £200from a disability shop. And try to avoid 'leisure' outlets. Buy your caravan accessories from somewhere else. Bill

Depends on what they do but around here, the machine shop that has a surface grinder is the exception, not the rule. We have one but we have a complete die shop. Why grind the sides? I don't.
Be sure to have a couple of working smoke detectors in the shop before using those wimpy remotes. Why not pick up a Shop Fox remote (price), or other remote intended for the load of a DC? Dave

you can buy any length of plain brass rod, cut and tap it or have a local machine shop do it. brass cuts and threads easy. no anyone at a local vo tech school, with machine shop class?
there is a trend in the direction for a wood shop with employees a cnc would look really good cnc lowers the chance of injury dramatically shop injuries are tramatic experience for everyone not just the injured employee
I seem to recall something like this in a shop that sold supplies for model making but where you would find such a shop these days is anyones guess, hobby shops seem to have all but vanished. Brian
