It does confuse me when Americans say shop - I assume that's short for workshop? In the UK a shop is where you buy things.

Built In Gas Grill No Name Help

Take the old knob to a local shop that sells gas grills or an appliance parts shop. Also, sometimes parts like that will have a number stamped on them and just putting that into google works.

Flushing Out a Heater Core..Info

That's the same story I heard from long-time radiator shop owner. He closed the shop a couple of years ago due to retiring but mostly due to lack of work due to plastic replacing metal.

the heart of a cabinet shop is the table saw. the heart of a furniture shop is the band saw. the heart of a framers kit is the skilsaw. the radial arm saw is *almost* obsolete.

do you want cheap, or do you want shop? :-) I saw one in an independent TV shop - he fixed it for a customer, who decided he didn't want it and traded it for a new set.

Simple butt hinge question

You're seeing the multiway version more for shop/office fitting, they do make single faceplates that fit a backbox
