Curtain tracks

yes we got them from the local curtain shop , they have 4 bends in them. the shop measured up and had them made. work perfect . the downside of this is they where expensive. rob

Do you have the receipt?

Same time frame with my brother as service manager at an auto dealer's repair shop. When I needed repairs, he would buy the part at cost for me and have shop do the work.

Gloat - My Shop Pictures

Need sources for free or VERY cheap wood

If you have an archetectral wood shop in your area, check with them about scrap wood they are throwing out. I've gotten pieces of cherry, maple and mahogany at a shop near me. George

Mortising Machines

Shop Fox bench top beats the Delta bench top according to my friends -- I'm in the market to a mortizer, too. Everything I read says Shop Fox is best ... in the bench top class.

Question about those wireless remotes

I have 2 of the Shop Fox remotes to control my DC and shop vac. Each unit comes with 2 remotes. They work with 1.5 HP motors. cost about $40 locally. dave Scott wrote:

OT--slightly anyway, what gives with used laptops

The small Size of a laptop is why I use one in my shop... I can store it in a small dust free drawer when not in use... To use it all I need to do is remove it from the drawer and place it on my workbench, drill press table, tablesaw top or where ever I wish...
