OT: And in other news, an old 13A plug shocker!

Even more modern ones with covers rely on the cover to keep the pins in place, don't they? Without it, pushing the plug into the wall would likely cause the pins to pop free of the housing, so the user would have to actively shove each of them into the wall.

McFeely's is open for business

The telephone forwarding system and web site were both out of commission last weekend, leading some to question whether we had shut the doors. Believe me, we haven't - we are still going strong, still taking orders for great screws and woodworking supplies and still shipping orders fast.

I got mine from the local saw shop. They are also dealers for various tools, including Delta (mostly) and Jet. Try the saw shop.

Add in the option of goods being delivered to the meta shop - or maybe one of several meta shop pick-up points in an area. That companies supplying the meta shop would very likely be delivering multiple items, regularly, so reduced costs compared with lots of individual ...
