Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has tried planting apple trees from seed? What's a good time of year to plant? Do I plant on pots or plant directly outside? I live in upstate New York.

I live about 10 miles away and I go there for laptop and power tool batteries http://www.batteryexpress.org.uk/mp3-battery/BATTERYPRODUCT1.php/APPLE/10547137/IPOD%20MINI%204GB%20M/
BTW there were inspections from 3 different Ag agencies looking for the Light Brown Apple Moth on the day before the Fair opened, so rest assured that the authorities were taking their jobs seriously. K Barrett
Decent software (I am aware there is a lot around that isn't) would allow you to configure the cloud service of your choice - Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft. Or even roll your own from a home server.
Some Apple devices are a pain, as they do 'anti tracking' and report random MAC addresses on each reboot.
I wonder if they stole the idea from Apple? One of Louis Rossmann's videos complains that you can't even swap batteries between two identical recent iPhones without getting warning messages that you're using an unapproved battery.
They are almost as bad as Apple. Is there anything else you'd like me to research for you?
They make a good apple pie.
