Use a Licenced Plumber and you be safe

For example - $5000 to rough-in 1 full bath that was fully gutted, $675 to install a provided backless vanity and faucet on a plumbed wall, $1500 to replace a toilet, $800 to replace a laundry sink faucet, $1000 to replace a kitchen sink's drain pipe in an unfinished basement into an awaiting PVC wye and the stack, $3700 to replace a gas water heater. There's very few good pro's in every trade.
