Why is it that Hurricane Ida went two directions at once?
How is it that Hurricane Ida went both to Grand Isle and New Orleans etc. and up to NJ and NY at the same time?
Every other hurricane I remember started in the Carribean and went either along the gulf coast or up the atlantic coast.
And what about all the space in between New Orleans and NJ. Baltimore got some rain but not an unusual amount. Is a hurricane allowed to split in two? Without getting a second name?
