Trane or Carrier

Neither..

The name brand means nothing, till you have to buy parts for it.. Trane, is nothing but a company saved from failing due to s***ty equipment, about one step above a Goodman by American Standard. Crappy coils still are there....crappy design...best compressor...till you see what it costs under warranty to replace one...

Carrier...LOL...please...how many ya want? Payne, Carrier and Bryant...love em...replace em all the time.

The name on the unit, overall, means not a thing. The quality, isnt in the unit, its in the install, and anything else is in the marketing....really.
