When flushed, water splashing out of bowl onto floor. And it doesn't replace enough water at the bottom of the toilet, there is only about half of what a normally is in the toilet.

When flushed, water splashing out of bowl onto floor. And it doesn't replace enough water at the bottom of the toilet, there is only about half of what a normally is in the toilet.
Hate when that happens. Check tank level. Up it to near the overfow tube that is in center of tank. I did not see a question so offering random advice. Is the tank low right now?
