Have an outside sillcock that is leaking. Not from around the handle, but out of the spigot and at a rather quick rate. Tried tightening down the nuts, but to no avail. What is next?

replacement.
Pull it apart and replace the rubber washer. (Ya might need to turn off the water first though.)
That sounds like something even I can do. Off to see the Helpful Hardware man about a part.
