I had a carpenter tell me he was going to sand my floor. He wanted $1250 to do it. I did it myself for $120 and two hours work. I just had a load of sand dumped outside my rear door, and with the help of the boys and a wheelbarrow, we hauled it inside and covered the floor. It looks great, and the cats love it too, they dont have to hunt for the litter box anymore.
Total cost was $120 for the load of sand (delivered). I dont know how these carpenters can sleep at night when they rob people like that.
