i have a wall that i recently wallpapered, and decided to add a border to the top. so, i used SHIELDZ WHITE UNIVERSAL WALLCOVERING PRIMER/SEALER to prime the area where the border would go.
shortly thereafter, i decided NOT to use the border. the primer is dry on the wall, and now i'm desperately hoping there is some way i can safely remove the primer without damaging the wallpaper underneath.
HELP! i truly appreciate any help you can offer.
