Please e-mail me. I am looking for property.

I am looking for environmental healthy land in Arizona, California, Oregon, New Mexico or Utah with a little cottage, cabin, very small house or trailer. I need a quiet place in or around a small town/village. I need high speed Internet access as I make my living via the Internet. I must to be able to reach a supermarket (town) either by foot, bus or with a bike.

I need electricity. Water too but if there is no well yet, I could order a water tank till I have the money to drill for water.

The authorities and the neighbors should not complain when I can't build a perfect house within the first years on that piece of land.

The land needs to be free of any tax or other debts, and I want to be the title holder.

Please inform me if you have something for me, and inform me about the yearly taxes and the price.

I can find you something for oh, $1M or maybe less. Will that meet your budget?

Is that the best you can do? If yes, you have to move in all by yourself.

While we're on the topic of what's the best someone can do...

Is spamming newsgroups your idea of a good way of locating properties?

You've narrowed your search down to about a quarter MILLION miles of area. That doesn't really help. You'll have no way of evaluating these remote properties without personally visiting them. The little tidbits you chose to share, while neglecting to mention anything about your price range, isn't likely to be taken seriously by a business person, or by anyone without some time to waste tossing out a flyer email to you.

Your search technique needs some tweaking. There are hundreds of local bulletin boards, online classifieds and web sites that target particular areas. Those would be a better choice, not newsgroups that are international.

and don't even think about moving to Arizona if your house isn't going to be perfect. They have more codes with required permits and inspections than in any other state I've lived in. In most places you won't even be able to choose your own house color. If you want freedom, move to Idaho or rural Tennessee.

I know of a great house boat in the middle of the Atlantic, great fishing and water views. High speed internet can be established with satellite. Grocery stores?.......dunno..but I am pretty sure that ships carrying food cargo pass by quite often so you should be all set there. If interested........please call the realtor at
