OT. No Gas Gauge For Maserati

on 2030 cars. They're going all electric. I don't know if I've ever seen a Maserati out in the real world.

An MC 20 is $222,000. People in my world would spend that kind of money on a house. Farmers spend hundreds of thousands on farm equipment. I found a Ford 3/4 ton pickup for $88,000 on a quick look.

Modern vehicles are space ships compared to the ones around way back when I was a kid. I'm the tender age of 67.

I see the coup gas models here in NJ occasionally. I think they go for a lot less.

I bought my F150 in 1986. I'm not sure it shares any DNA with a 2022 F150. No infotainment center and the only safety device is a big, real steel bumper on front and a much ruggeder step'n'tow on the back. It's not very smart although the Carter carb has some rudimentary electronic controls and it doesn't have real points in the distributor.

Still runs after 36 years and I can work on it. iirc I paid 10k cash.
