I've lost a few cousins and a few friends to Motorcycle accidents, and a few more are carrying extra hardware around because of them. A couple from non-powered bikes as well. I started driving motorbike at

17 and gave up my last one when the kids were young teanagers - so just over 20 years ago. Now it's just the electric assist bike..

When are you going to return it to the vestibule of Walmart where you stole it?

Not Walmart junk, and no idea what your warped mind is trying to get at in the first place.

Joseph is male, but Josie isn't.

Then take Ibuprofen at the same time. Toothache isn't any worse than say a headache.

It's hardly suffering. I don't see a doctor every time I get a headache.

:

re going to be on all the time, then so should the back ones, that's how= Volvos always worked.

rse offence than having defective ones, as you could say you didn't real= ise they were defective.

nforcement officers were being ignorant, which is irrelevant.

norant of that particular piece of knowledge.

DRLs not turning on the tail lights is a fault of the car design. Light= s on or lights off, make up your mind.

s. The net result is the same, no lights. And in fact it should be MOR= E serious, and in the UK it is. If I forget to wear a seatbelt, or forg= et to stay under the speed limit, I get a fine. If I have a bald tyre o= r a faulty bulb because I haven't checked it recently, I have to get it = fixed within 2 weeks, but no fine.

g 95mph in a 70mph limit, driving with half my exhaust missing, one bald= tyre, one soft tyre, one tyre with a split in the side, and a non-funct= ional handbrake. I got a "pink slip" to get the defects fixed in 2 week= s then stamped by a mechanic, and they forgot the speeding offence.

What problem do you think my car was causing? I was on a straight clear= motorway and making a bit more noise than the other cars. Big deal.

They're increasing accidents in the very area they're meant to help in -= seeing another car coming the other way. And helping where I'd expect = worse crashes - distracting you from seeing an unlit pedestrian. Perhap= s they remind pedestrians to look before crossing (do we care about moro= ns who don't look?). The main problem is they dazzle other motorists so= you they can't judge where the edge of your car is. This is documented= on websites complaining about DRLs, where the people complaining are pr= ofessional optometrists etc who know what they're talking about.

There is a big controversy on the Jewish view of when life begins. In J= ewish tradition, the foetus is not considered viable until it graduates = from law school.

What I meant was a particular Ford engine for example was used in an American car and got 250 HP. The same engine was put in a UK car and got 300 HP. Presumably it's down to tuning, the carburettor/fuel injection system, the gearbox ratios, etc.

We don't have roads with speed limits that high unless they're motorways (freeways) with seperate carriageways for each direction, i.e. 2+ lanes West and 2+ lanes East.

I guess your roads are longer straights, in which case I don't foresee a problem. If you can't se far enough ahead to complete the overtake, don't overtake, or encourage the granny to pull into the next layby.

Don't you have visors and sunglasses over there?

You're one of those slow and careful bastards that gets in my way aren't you? Don't you feel guilty when you see 20 cars behind you trying to get past?

If you drive politely, you'll get on a lot better.

They occasionally use that here, it's crap. It destroys the bottom of everyone's car. They usually put up a temporary 20mph speed limit so you don't fling stones at other cars' windshields, but I don't care about someone else's windshields, so I go as fast as possible.

In the cities probably not much different than yours. In some of the western states you can go 100 miles of perfectly straight road.

When the sun is low in the sky, like this time of year, you can get hit where it is below the visor and even sunglasses don't help much. May not be as bad at your latitude, but it is possible to have a couple of seconds of blindness at the right time and angle.

Don't you ever have to drive directly into the sun?

They don't bother with the temporary speed limits here. More work for the chip repair businesses so it's good for the economy, Bastiat be damned.

So are people who leave 2 second safety gaps. It lets me cut them up.

I just pick the cheapest insurer. I pay =A3130 ($184) a year for my car= insurance.

In 1839, the imperial Chinese commissioner Lin Zexu wrote a letter to Qu= een Victoria warning that, unless the British stopped supplying opium to= China, he would cut off rhubarb supplies to Britain, killing everyone t= hrough mass constipation.
