brand spankin new machine, with moderate pulling to the left. all wheels on same setting. on level ground, left front wheel is about 1/8-1/4" off the ground. would this account for pulling to the left? any ideas on how to fix it? place of purchase of course has never heard or seen such an issue. thank you!
