need help with contacts

After restoring phone to factory specs google contacts don't show any contacts. I've tried everything I can think of.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

A couple possibles.

If you backed it up, then download from the back up. If you didn't, next time do so before you restore phone to factory specs. Your other possibility is if you have synced (either on purpose or via the cloud) contacts with your computer. YOu should be able to move them back over. However, I am not familiar with how Google contacts work so I can't be more helpful.

That's OK. I used my other phone to backup contacts to SD card then transfered file to this phone and imported.

I just hope any changes to this phones contacts or other phones contacts will be synced.

If you didn't back them up and then restore them, what did you expect? Not sure what exactly you mean by restoring phone to factory specs, but if it means you did a factory reset, every phone I've had warns that you will lose all user data.
