Outside motion detection lights not coming on. Red power light is on on motion sensor but lights will not come on.

Did you test the bulbs? Did you put it in Test Mode? Did you cycle the power? Is there a new source of light nearby that is fooling the sensor?
Of course, the sensor itself could have failed.
Did you check the bulbs? If bulbs are good, the sensor may be bad.
Or the bulb's sockets maybe be bad (I've had that), though not likely for more than one.
