My brother bought a used Maytag portable dishwasher Model # MDC 4000 AWE and Serial # 17645704 UZ . He purchased a faucet adapter and it seemed to connect OK but the faucet coupler on the hose pops off during the cycle at different times. Has anyone have a clue how to fix this? Are there different faucet adapter for this machine? It was at an auction. It runs thru all the cycles and looks great but will not stay connected to the sink faucet.
