Got a heavy duty router and a table? Make one. For about $400 you could get a 1/2" router, a raised panel set and a router table. Pick out some nice wood at a real wood guy (not a lumber yard or Home Depot) and have at it. Woodfinder.com will get you started. You might want to get some framing lumber to practice on but it is not really that hard.
Ebay, Craigslist, and those type of sites?
