Keeping your nuts safe

Does anyone know a way for a guy to keep his nuts safe while using power tools? Prevention is the best way to eliminate accidents.

When I worked as a factory nurse, the guys in the polishing department were subject to being hit with a steel ball if the buffing/polishing wheel grabbed it and threw it back at about 90 mph. The symptoms were always the same - pale, speechless adult male being led slowly into the dispensary by a supervisor with a very grave expression on his face. Treatment always the same - get him on the gurney, hand him an ice pack, do not approach like you are going to TOUCH anything, do not ask if it hurts, draw the curtain so he can cry privately and leave him be until he can move on his own. Take pulse and BP and assess for signs of shock. They used to wear gear like a baseball catcher's padded thingy, but 90 mph is 90 mph and the rotating wheel could aim a ball over the inside corner, low :o).

Other than that, don't let 'em hang out. If they protrude, wear something conforming to contain them :o)
