Is This A Reasonable Price for a Quality Drywall Job?

My final quote is as follows:

  1. Install 90-100 4x8 sheets of drywall
  2. Tape and mud all joints
  3. Skim coat ceiling and walls
  4. Sand ceiling and walls
  5. Prime walls with p.v.a drywall primer - 1 coat

Footnotes: Ceiling to be smooth (not textured). All areas to be completely skimmed on last coat. Homeowner to scrap out job.

$2693.72 (includes tax)

What do you think?

I think it's way low.

Best of luck, and let us know how it comes out!
