mine should remove my putting the Allen wrench in the funny meal collar but the thing won't turn. It's like it's stuck.

Hi, This may help.... Did you try a hammer and large flat screwdriver? make sure you are turning it in the correct direction! ;) jeff. Appliance Repair Aid
