Your head may have grown by now, but you could try to get some EPDM Rubber (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Hose. That's the stuff they use for those traffic counting tubes over roads... seem to put up with anything. You would have to fashion a fitting for it.
Just drive on it. Hell, we drive on them all the time in a gravel lot, and they last all summer that way. I doubt you'd drive over your hose enough in a lifetime to damage it.
