Halogen screw in bulbs -

Not sure about that but used to have a computer stand; used a fixture designed to be mounted on the headboard for the light. Originally used a 60W incandescent; acceptable light. Eventually switched to a

50W halogen flood. MUCH brighter with less ten less Watts. BTW, using a hologen spot concentrated the light on the keyboard, causing annoying shadows on either side of the keyboard tray, in my application.

Barry, your method of replying seems to be breaking the threads and not allowing your reply to be related to the original message, rather it is creating a whole new message.

This could have been just a problem with the ng server or it may be the software you are using or the way you are using it.

Your response was good, but it may never been seen by the original writer.

I hope this may be helpful

Barry was replying on a bulletin board somewhere using a QWK gateway to the newsgroup. Not a method known for maintaining thread integrity, and nothing he can do about it, except switch to a proper ISP and news reader.
