A little bird told me that the house had been sold in the fall of 2025. I wonder if the former occupant is dead. As the little bird wrote: "No obits, but that's understandable - nobody gave a s*it." His dreams of mayorality will never be realized.
Metal wouldn't ply quite as nicely with brick craftsman as tile does, but in every way it is a great product and on-site cut and fitted for accuracy.

Metal Tile roof looks like tile - not crappy "barn roof" metal roofing or "standing Seam" sheet metal roof.
