grout that doesn't require misting to cure?

According to a tiling book sold by home depot, there are grouts with latex additives that does not require keeping them damp for 3 days to cure. However, all the grout that home depot sells require keeping damp to cure.

Does anyone know brand and/or stores that sell grout that cure without having to be misted? Is there any weakness in this type of grout, or else why would home depot not carry them?

they all cure, just water makes it better. How many contractors come back to mist ? Its you job.
