Can I use a Husquavarna Pre mixed 50:1 in my spoil an chainsaw? It's the correct ratio, but the mix also contains Xylene and Toluene. The chainsaw is new and the book says don't use anything with Methanol. I don't think the pre - mix has any methanol because I read the ingredients and it doesn't say it has any.

Should be just fine. They avoid methanol because it can harm some small engines.

That's one of the main points of the packaged fuels, they don't contain alcohol.
As much as the "starting ether" one must inevitably use to start these finely tuned 32cc marvels? ;)

You are good to go. It's designed for 2 stroke engines so will have no alcohol, andxylene and toluene are present in many gasolines. Gasoline is a "witch's brew" at best.
Methanol can harm ANY engine. When used as race fuel the engines need to be "flushed" immediately after the run.
Trace methanol or most other materials in fuel should not hurt anything its just when you put too much in they can change the solvent power of the fuel to attack gaskets and the like.
