Our Condominium is changing to gas. So I have to sell these items even though they are relatively new.

Gas furnace::

3.5 years old 80% efficiency or more

Hot Water tank::

1.5 years old 30 gallons 83% efficiency (Note: this tank has never run out of hot water with 6 people in the house)

Asking $200 for the furnace and $75 for the hot water tank. Any offer will be considered.

Too much for the stuff because second hand hvac furnaces and hot water tanks are not a very good items for resell. There is too much trouble with second hand equipment being installed again to put up with + no warrenty from the installer.

No kidding...not to mention that the suppliers often have GOOD new items that are around...oh....$50. The local Rheem supplier had a couple of older gas furnaces...downdrafts...still in the crate, for $50 each the other day.... Hell..prob still got em...might be right for someone....
