Go to the store with your fraud proof electronic benefit card, and pay back the Pakistani grocer the money you borrowed last week for cigarettes and beer. With 200% interest. Use the pennies remaining to buy more cigarettes, coffee, and beer. Borrow some money from the Pakistani guy to get mor cigarettes, coffee, and beer. Promise to repay him on the first of next month, with interest.
