It would be for interior wall(s), to put on my interior walls that are plaster lathe and currently just have white latex paint on them. So I should be able to put the faux stone panels on my walls, right? Perhaps using some sort of adhesive I assume?

Follow the suppliers directions and cautions. Most of these products can be installed on drywall or plaster with no problems. Actually it is fairly simple. Even the ones that feel like real stone are very light-weight.

The ones I have seen used utilize a base coat that is painted on. This gives the wall a sand/mortar look. Then the rocks are glued to that. The base coat becomes the mortar joint. Very simple process if you think a couple of rows ahead to make sure you wind up even at the top or bottom. Even cutting the faux stones is no big deal.

Look for a local supplier unless the shipping is really cheap.
