It's acceptable for the homeless to s*it on the sidewalk in a democrat run city but you'll be fined if you do it on the mayor's lawn.
I read all of the comments. Once in a while, I find that even a troll can say something something reasonable. After all, a stopped clock tells the correct time twice/day. Even when they're flagrantly demonstrating their ignorance and maybe their stupidity, they can be entertaining (if you don't let it get under your skin).
I understand SF CA requires DNA with dog license for this purpose
