Who said anything about dieing?
I said it turns your liver and kidneys green. If your male, no woman will want to date or kiss a man with green liver or kidneys. The first thing she will say is "you got green liver and kidneys and thats gross and disgusting". That ends your fun for as long as they stay green which is about a year. Then next year you drink more green beer and it starts all over again. You'll be alone for life.
Same thing if the sexes are opposite.
