Prepared for what? I have a 5 mile city-outskirts drive to work and the grocery store is on the way. That's 90% of my driving. The other 10% is elsewhere in town.

Once in a blue moon I drive to my mother's house about 40 miles away. There's infrastructure all along the route. If I get into trouble, the AAA number is printed right on my membership card.

I have to check. I have an emergency kit from my insurance company. I know it has jumper cables and a reflective triangle but not sure what else. I've not opened it in years. My car came with a first aid kit too. I looked at it 3 years ago but have not had need to open it since.

Mine's in the drawer. I mostly used it for mileage data and the 2018 Yaris has that built into the display.

If an Octavia is as good as a Golf, then why doesn't it have a VW badge? It's well known that Skoda get the parts that failed the tests to be VW parts.

My Japanese Honda had two failed ABS sensors. So did my VW Golf. But.... the VW ones were £15 each or £7 for a non-genuine part. The Honda ones were £160 and no non-genuine part available. I won't be buying Honda again.

Ebay does. You can't filter them out, and since 90% of the stuff is from there, it's tiresome to manually skip them.
